Ecovista Plc was incorporated as a public limited company on 21st December 2005 to become an investment vehicle with a strategy to carry out property development. The company is Listed on the NEX stock market in London. The primary aim of the Company is to identify investment opportunities to the residential development sector. The future funding principally will be by way of the issuance of new ordinary shares and the listing of a secure bond on the Dublin Stock Exchange.
David Barnett is an experienced sales executive. David will join the company as non-executive chairman; he brings over 40 years of business experience to the Company.
David is also a director of Globe Capital Limited.
David also runs his own sales and marketing consultancy.
Louise was previously the Director of Windhill Properties Ltd, 2010-2015, during which time she successfully developed a number of properties in Hertfordshire. She is Chief Executive Officer of Ecovista Plc and the Managing Director of a number of the Ecovista group companies. Her duties include liaising with planning officers and consultants, managing external builders and collaborating with joint venture development partners. In addition to these duties, Louise works closely with the corporate lawyers, corporate advisors and the NEX Exchange to ensure compliance in accordance with the NEX regulations.
Louise has extensive connections with agents and surveyors in the London Stansted Airport area.
Sarah is a qualified Chartered accountant (ACCA). She is experienced in all aspects of accounting. Sarah will take the role of Finance Director of the Company.
Ken qualified as an Architect in 1977 and has practised at partner or sole practitioner level for over 40 years. He has also been a Director of property development companies that specialised in the conversion of redundant cotton mills and warehouses to flats, office and commercial uses during the 1990’s in the Northwest and Yorkshire. Ken has also been a Director or Consultant for housing projects in the Baltic States and Western Canada. Ken is currently acting as Consultant for several development projects, from new build housing on brownfield sites, building conversions to alternative uses, modular housing and air supported domes for sports facilities.
