There are two shareholders with an interest over 3% as of 30 July 2018: –
- Hubwise Securities has an interest of 571,428,571 shares (10.49%)
- Elite CAM Balanced Discretionary Portfolio Fund has an interest of 428,571,428 shares (7.87%)
There is a £159,000 convertible loan note held by Louise Hardwidge (former CEO of Ecovista plc) which if converted would give them a 5.84% share of the company..
There is a £640,000 convertible loan notes held by Staffa Rock plc which if converted would give them a 23.5% share of the company.
There is a £400,000 convertible loan note held by Boxerdrome Enterprise FZE which if converted would give them an 11.01% share of the Company.
