100 Rye Street Limited is a subsidiary company of Ecovista Plc which owns a property in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. The company applied to East Herts council to demolish the existing building and build a brand new dwelling.
100 Rye Street successfully obtained planning consent for a 5,000 square feet new five bedroom executive home which commenced in May 2017.
The property, which is on a sloping plot is proposed to be on three floors at the front of the house and four at the back, the site backs onto the river Stort and has some of the best unspoilt views in the town.
