Willow Cottage Limited was a subsidiary company of Ecovista Plc.

• We successfully renovated and sold two cottages close to Stansted Airport.

It is an SPV which owns a property at Mill End, Takeley, within a short distance of Stansted Airport.

The cottage is owned outright as an asset of the business and is currently rented out. The property sits on and is surrounded by the land owned by Willside Limited.

There is the option to buy the adjoining cottage for £300,000.

These properties are being retained by the company to aid our planning application.
